Return and Exchange

Our quality control teams will make sure that all the products we ship are in perfect condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will try our best to find a solution.

 

 Returns & Exchanges Process:

 

1Contact us through email or messenger first.

2Get our return address.

3Please note the order number, your email and return or exchange reasons on the return card, and ship it with your items together back to our warehouse. After you ship the items, please inform us the tracking number.

4We'll apply for the refund or exchange in 1-5days after we receive your items.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.

 

Return Conditions:

1If you have received a defective item, the wrong size or the wrong product, or just don't like it, please contact us immediately. Refund and exchange is available in 30 days after the delivery date.

2Items returned must be in original condition with the original packing and tags. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3We don't offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.

 

Processing Time:

1Most returns and exchanges will be processed within 1-5 days after we receive your package.

2We'll issue the refund to your original payment account, and it will costs 1-3business days after we apply for the refund.
